The parts are played AABB.
The melody appears to have been first published by the firm of Longman, Lukey & Broderip
in Bride's Favourite Collection of 200 Select Country Dances, Cotillons (1776).
It also appears in Charles and Samuel Thompson's Compleat Collection of 200 Favourite
Country Dances, vol. 4 (1780).
It was also printed in Barnes' English Country Dance Tunes (1986),
S. Johnson's Twenty-Eight Country Dances as Done at the New Boston Fair, vol. 8 (1988)
and Raven's English Country Dance Tunes (1984).
