"Charlotte the Harlot" is a bawdy song usually sung to the tune of "Villikins and his Dinah", also known as "Betsy from Pike". The tune is used for several other bawdy songs: "Blinded by Turds" and "The Thrashing Machine". It is also the tune for "The Old Orange Flute". It was recorded by Oscar Brand on Bawdy Hootenanny (1963) and by several others.
